The perfect lamb doesn’t just happen. It takes a whole year of effort and planning so our stringently high standards start with our pastures. In fact, we nurture our pastures as much as our lambs – that’s why the flavour’s so good. It’s the flavour of the rich, healthy soils of north-west New South Wales, where farm stewardship is as much a part of life as a succulent lamb roast on a Sunday night.

We don’t just hand over our lambs to anyone. We maintain control of quality and traceability right from the hills of Tooraweenah, past the farm gates and on to the customer.
Naturally, we are subject to the rigorous food processing standards for which Australia is famous. These are the highest global standards and include ISO 9000, MSA, and HACCP systems and certifications.
